Valid credit card details must be provided at the time of booking.

 

No deposit is required at time of booking unless your date of arrival is within 14 days of the booking being made.

A pre-authorisation to the value of your full booking will be placed on your credit card 14 days prior to your arrival date.

​

Payment will then be processed (captured from the pre-authorised hold) 7-12 days prior to your arrival.

​

Credit card surcharges are applicable. Rates can be viewed in our Ts & Cs. 

 

When booking direct at our website, credit card surcharges are waived, however, there is a $4.95 Booking Fee.

​

In the event your payment method fails, unless the issue is remedied within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled, and your reserved dates will be released for rebooking.

​

A $200 security deposit will be held on your provided credit card 24 hours prior to your arrival, and released within 24 hours of your departure subject to an inspection of the property. In the event damages are payable, this will be charged to your credit card.
