Cancellation Policy for 130 At The Waves, 240 At The Waves, and 507 At The Waves

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
  • In the event your payment method fails, unless the issue is remedied within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled, and your reserved dates will be released for rebooking.​

  • A $200 security deposit will be held on your provided credit card 24 hours prior to your arrival, and released within 24 hours of your departure subject to an inspection of the property. In the event damages are payable, this will be charged to your credit card.​

  • There is a 100% refund if cancelling up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your check in date.

  • Cancellation after 14 days or a “no show” incurs 100% loss of the full payment.

  • We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

  • In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we do require notification via email.

  • No refund of any unused portion of a confirmed booking will be made for early departures or non-arrivals. Booking fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY - PHILLIP ISLAND EVENTS SUCH AS MOTO GP, SUPERBIKES, ETC.

Cancellations for bookings over Phillip Island Event periods (for example: Moto GP and Superbikes) are refunded only when the property is fully re-let for the same period (all dates need to be covered by a new booking at the same or greater accommodation rate), when less than 8 weeks’ notice is provided. In the event of a cancellation/refund in this situation, a $60 admin fee will apply.

All cancellations must be in writing. No refund of any unused portion of a confirmed booking will be made for early departures or non-arrivals. Booking fees are non-refundable.

If you require assistance cancelling or modifying a booking made via Booking.com, please call Booking.com directly on 02 9255 9200 & be sure to have your Booking.com reservation number and 4 digit PIN ready so they can assist - Reservation number and PIN are issued by Booking.com, and you will find them in your booking confirmation from Booking.com; we do not have your PIN, and can not assist you in obtaining it.
